Job Description :

Provides day-to-day customer operational support (quote preparation, order entry, order maintenance, etc) to ensure customer expectations are exceeded. Manages inbound and outbound flow of customer communications and collaborates with key departments (operations, engineering, quality, finance, etc) to resolve customer issues. Conducts open order book reviews and proactively provides customer status reports for orders in process. Partners closely with finance to resolve invoicing discrepancies that impact accounts receivable. Aerospace industry experience desired Customer support experience 1-3 years Highly effective communications and influencing skills Previous customer service experience recommended Experience dealing with and effectively communicating with international customers required. Experience with SAP, Microsoft Office and excellent communication (written and verbal) skills. Education: BA/BS degree
