Overview:This position is crucial for the organization as the individual will be responsible for handling incoming phone calls from customers and effectively addressing their inquiries or concerns. The Customer Service Representative (CSR) will also play a key role in resolving customer complaints or issues by thoroughly investigating the problem and identifying appropriate solutions. It is essential for the CSR to have knowledge of escalating complex or unresolved issues to a supervisor or higher-level support team when necessary. The CSR must consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanor while interacting with customers over the phone, ensuring a positive customer experience. Adherence to company policies and procedures, including call handling protocols and customer privacy guidelines, is of utmost importance. Additionally, the CSR should maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for reference purposes.Collaboration with other departments or teams is expected to effectively address customer needs or resolve complex issues that may require cross-functional support.
