**JOB TYPE:** Full-time, contract **LOCATION:** Ridgefield Park, NJ **JOB SUMMARY FOR Customer Service Representative:**

* Epitec is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a global Electronic company, located in Ridgefield Park, NJ.

* - This is a full-time contract position that will be remote until the office re-opens.

**RESPONSIBILITIES FOR Customer Service Representative:**

* Review incoming consumer complaints via OOP email/letters and assigns to relevant party to follow up for resolution

* Checking incoming CEO emails through client channel and assign it to appropriate dept./OOP agent for follow up.

* (Backup role) Support assigning BBB complaints to relevant party to follow up for resolution

* (Backup role) Assisting Korean speaking customers

* Applicant is responsible to answer Korean Speaking Customer Service Line. (As a back up to Korean hotline agent)

* (Simple inquiries regarding service center or product price, usage of the product, consultation on service request )

* Performance Standards (How will duties be measured):

* - Assigning consumer complaints received within 24 hours

* - Claim root cause analysis and register in GCIC and REVO within 24 hours on assigned date

**JOB EXPERIENCE FOR Customer Service Representative:**

* - Excellent organization skills; able to prioritize tasks independently w/ minimal supervision; has great follow up skills.

* - Fully bilingual in Korean/English - able to read, write, speak, and work on a professional level in Korean and English.

* - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - will be reporting on regular basis up to leadership level

* - A team player, self-driven. flexible, dedicated individual -that is able to help out in multiple areas and act as a backup to Korean hotline agent.

* - Few years of experience handling customer service claims.

**SKILL REQUIREMENTS FOR Customer Service Representative:**

* - Bilingual (Korean & English)

* - Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) - will be reporting on regular basis up to leadership level.

* - Claim root cause analysis and register in GCIC and REVO within 24 hours on assigned date.
