Customer Service Representatives to work within a call centre for an online business, providing customers with advice and direction when placing an order through the website. This is a permanent position will be based in a modern, busy office paying 19, 667 per annum.

My client is looking for a Customer Account Representative who has previous experience with a customer service focused environment and has developed the ability to support customers over the phone.

The assessment days will be held tomorrow-25th August.

Daily Duties will include:

*Managing customer expectations and resolving queries and complains effectively.

*Communicating with customers via telephone and email on a daily basis.

*Ensuring that you provide the best support and are accommodating the customers with their complaints to the best of your ability.

*Dealing with complains and positive feedback into the business.

*Informing customers of promotions and gaining individual feedback.

*Liaising with internal departments.

*Providing technical assistance when required.

The ideal candidate will have:

*Proven experience within retail/ customer service based role within an office environment/retail customer service background.

*An NVQ or equivalent in Customer services would be desirable.

*Confident in building good relationships and rapport with customers.

*The ability to work effectively under pressure and on your own initiative.

*Receive feedback in a positive manner and demonstrate positive attitude at all times.

*Good written and oral communication skills.

The centre is open from 8:00am-11:00pm, 7 days a week. The ideal candidate will be fully flexible to work shifts between these days and hours. Please take into consideration before applying.
