Schedule: Monday through Saturday, 12pm – 9pm CST (off on Tuesday and Sunday)
What you'll do as a Customer Care Agent:
- Assist with incoming calls, faxes, and emails related to orders, order changes, return authorizations, and warranty coverage
- Deliver courteous, professional service to both internal and external customers
- Ensure accurate, timely entry, auditing, and confirmation of orders
- Promote the company's products and services to meet customers' specific needs
- Resolve various issues including pricing inquiries, product usage, inventory availability, and delivery concerns
- Assist with general inquiries and direct callers to appropriate departments
What experience & qualifications do you need?
- 2+ years in a Customer Service role
- Experience in processing orders, data entry, or handling high call volumes (50-75 calls per day)
- Preferably call center and retail experience
- A record of stable job history
- Strong communication and organizational skills
