REPORTS TO: Customer Service ManagerCLASSIFICATION: ExemptWORK STATUS: Full-Time / Hours: M - F 8:00 am to 5:00 pmPOSITION SUMMARY:A Customer Service Representative provides a solution-based service to our valued customers. A successful individual will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a highly motivated team player who is willing to go above and beyond while displaying a positive, optimistic and upbeat outlook to both internal and external customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communication with customers via phone, e-mail or face to face.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources
- Manage customer accounts
- Prepare formal quotes for customers
- Create estimates from design specifications
- Work with the Production Manager for judgment on routing of machines
- Basic knowledge, understanding and use of technology related resources
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
- Adhere to the safety and quality policies at all times
- Comply with the company's attendance / tardiness standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of AMTECH a plus
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multitask as well as a strong sense of urgency
- Knowledge of all Microsoft Programs
- High School Diploma or GED
- Good communication and organization skills
