REPORTS TO: Customer Service ManagerCLASSIFICATION: ExemptWORK STATUS: Full-Time / Hours: M - F 8:00 am to 5:00 pmPOSITION SUMMARY:A Customer Service Representative provides a solution-based service to our valued customers. A successful individual will be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with professionalism and efficiency. This position requires a highly motivated team player who is willing to go above and beyond while displaying a positive, optimistic and upbeat outlook to both internal and external customers.RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Communication with customers via phone, e-mail or face to face.
  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resources
  • Manage customer accounts
  • Prepare formal quotes for customers
  • Create estimates from design specifications
  • Work with the Production Manager for judgment on routing of machines
  • Basic knowledge, understanding and use of technology related resources
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required or assigned
  • Adhere to the safety and quality policies at all times
  • Comply with the company's attendance / tardiness standards
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Knowledge of AMTECH a plus
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask as well as a strong sense of urgency
  • Knowledge of all Microsoft Programs
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Good communication and organization skills
