This is a remote position.

A Customer Service and Sales Representative, or CSSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

The best CSSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service and sales representatives can put themselves in their customers shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigating if they do not have sufficient information to resolve customer complaints.

The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. You will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.

**Requirements**

* Good communications skills, a working knowledge of computer applications and the ability to work well with people is essential.

* Proficient in telephone communications required.

* Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.

* Competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.

* Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems .

* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

* Ability to work independently with solid time-management and organization skills.

* Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints.

* Proficient in English.

* High school diploma; BSc/Ba is a plus.
