Job Description :

Spherion, in partnership with our client in Superior, WI, is seeking a Customer Service/Technical Support Representative. This role is key to ensuring customer satisfaction by working closely with outside suppliers, dealers, and internal teams such as shipping, purchasing, and office staff. The representative will handle phone calls, meetings, and emails to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently while delivering outstanding customer support. This is a temporary position with the potential to transition into a permanent role. Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Responsibilities:

  • Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Gather data and build reports for management.
  • Respond promptly to customer, dealer, and retail location inquiries via phone, email, and other platforms.
  • Provide outstanding customer care, ensuring each interaction is meaningful and contributes to customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with shipping and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Handle challenging customer cases with patience and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Conduct post-sale follow-ups, ensuring customer satisfaction with contracts and welcome letters.
  • Engage in prospective client outreach and answer incoming phone calls.
  • Perform data entry, develop quotations, and contribute to sales strategies.
  • Conduct ongoing customer-needs analysis and research.
  • Participate in management meetings and contribute to sales improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with sales projects, including proposals and marketing efforts.
  • Perform regular reporting and other assigned duties as needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with great communication skills and a talent for building relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to resolve issues efficiently.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience with a track record of delivering exceptional support.
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
