Role & Responsibility:
- Process orders, credit notes, complaints, and other requests.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, actively identifying sales opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency.
- Promote and upsell products to meet customer needs.
- Resolve issues and troubleshoot.
- Identify and escalate priority issues.
- Collaborate with other departments.
- Project a professional, enthusiastic, and friendly demeanor.
- Participate in projects as required.
- Read, understand, and apply all procedures related to your role and all communications from your manager/leads.
- Develop a detailed understanding of company products.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Suggest new and better ways to improve systems, procedures, and customer relations.
- Complete required daily tasks within the department.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant customer service and/or sales experience in an office or call-center environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, turning customer interactions into sales opportunities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of Customer Experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Strong listening and telephone skills; ability to manage stressful situations appropriately.
- Team player with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Scheduling flexibility – evening and weekend hours are required, as well as seasonal overtime.
- Excellent attendance record.
