We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Representative to join our Customer Service Department at our Corporate Headquarters location in Halethorpe, MD.

The focus of this job is on producing high quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines and procedures. Precise and consistent work output is essential.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will:

Have excellent computer skills, including experience with an accounting software platform

Be team oriented

Be well organized

Possess good problem-solving ability

Have experience working with EDI

Preferably have experience in customer service for a manufacturer

This is an onsite position.
