Benefits and pay range:

• $21/HR - $25/HR- Plus overtime

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Interacting with clients via chat/email or phone
• Technical troubleshooting
• Ability to multitask
• Strong customer support experience

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in (preferred)
• Logistics experience (preferred)
