  • DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Responsible for managing the customer's orders on specific accounts (from receipt of orders to product delivery).
  • Responsible for resolving customer service issues with a strong sense of urgency to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop effective relationship with Customer Accounts to provide support and resolve concerns.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal departments to resolve customer concerns and provide support
  • Accurate Customer Order entry and modify as needed
  • Maintaining Key account order spreadsheets & related documents
  • Maintain and update product pricing in the system as provided by the Sales Account Manager
  • Updating customer account profiles
  • Process Customer Samples
  • Responsible for entering customer quality event
  • Responsible for maintaining the filing of completed shipping packets
  • Participation in sales meeting and events as needed
  • Provide back-up for other customer service representatives and their assigned accounts.
  • Other duties as assigned by Manager
About you
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Two Year Business Degree or related experience preferred
  • Minimum of two years prior customer service experience in a manufacturing environment supporting a sales department
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, Power point and Outlook
  • Excellent telephone, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to always provide customer service in a positive & professional manner.
  • Must possess sense of urgency, ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and changing priorities.
  • Must be detailed oriented with attention to accuracy.
  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Travel may be required.
  • Export experience is a plus.
