Job Location : Merritt Island,FL, USA
We are looking for Full-Time or Part-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Merritt Island. These positions are available immediately and require motivated, reliable and knowledgeable individuals.
Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Flexible work schedule with ability to work nights/weekends.
- Dispatching and checking in and out aircraft.
- Manage incoming students.
- Providing support to Front Desk Supervisor
- General Clerical Duties (answering phones, photocopying, filing, faxing)
- Track aircraft maintenance in accordance with company policy
- Must be able to present information as needed to management, subordinates, public groups, and/or board of directors via telephone, in written form, email, or in person.
- Assist with coordination and facilitation of incoming new student classes. This will include duties as:
- Preparing Kits
- Organizing & Providing Transportation
- Scheduling medical examinations and student accommodations move-ins/outs
Ideal Candidates Should Posses:
- High School Diploma
- US Citizen or Resident
- Valid driver's license
- Two-years customer service experience (preferred, not required)
- Punctual, motivated, and possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong multi-tasking and problem solving skills
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
This position is full-time or part-time and reports to the Front Desk Supervisor.
