Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative for our appliance repair division. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service through phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers by scheduling repair appointments, answering inquiries, troubleshooting basic appliance issues, and coordinating with technicians to ensure timely repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers regarding appliance repair needs.

  • Provide accurate information about repair services, product warranties, and service policies.

  • Troubleshoot basic appliance issues over the phone to determine if a repair visit is necessary.

  • Schedule repair appointments based on technician availability and customer preferences.

  • Communicate with technicians and service teams to ensure timely and efficient service.

  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure issues are addressed in a professional and timely manner.

  • Process service requests, updates, and follow-ups in the company's CRM system.

  • Educate customers on proper appliance care, maintenance tips, and warranty terms.

  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to answer customer inquiries.

  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
