As the leading provider of comprehensive solid waste and recycle services, CWD provides collection, recycling and disposal services to municipal, commercial, industrial and residential customers throughout the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. Due to our extensive growth, we have the following position available:
Customer Service Representative
Customer Service Representatives handle a significant volume of inbound calls from customers in order to provide information regarding trash work orders, services, complaints, etc. The goal of each CWD Customer Service Representatives is to provide the customer with “Best in Class Customer Service” on every call. This position requires good computer skills with the ability to quickly and accurately enter data into computer system while on the phone with customers.
This department works Monday – Friday between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM, the schedule will depend on the company needs.
