We are seeking an enthusiastic and hard working individual to join our customer service/client experience team. The position will require regular interaction with both vendors and clients while utilizing out of the box thinking to maintain a top notch customer service experience by building solutions and maintaining clear communication. The role includes managing a heavy volume of inbound emails and phone calls, quoting and processing customer work order requests as well as daily operational tasks such as organized case management, paperwork processing, maintaining reports and regular team collaboration.
