EXCEED is looking for energetic, positive individuals to work as outsourced Contact Center Representatives to support Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in a 24/7 operation. Positions are remote. Training and Equipment will be provided. Position duration is initially for 3 months and can be extended. All positions are full-time and will be assigned 8-hour shifts.

Customer Service Representatives will:

  • Interact with customers to answer questions, address concerns, and provide FEMA assistance by phone.
  • Provide temporary support for incoming calls, data entry for individuals and households impacted by humanitarian events as well as disaster declarations.

Qualifications:

  • Must have high-speed internet connections at home
  • Must demonstrate good customer service and communication skills
  • Must be proficient with using a laptop
  • Be able to follow basic instructions related to logging into and establishing accounts
  • Must be able to create and establish passwords and maintain records of such
  • Be able to perform basic data entry functions
  • Must be able to work an assigned shift within a 24 hour – 7 day per week operation

To be considered you must:

  • Be a US Citizen - (No green card holders)
  • Successfully pass DHS criminal background and credit check. Background check will be performed by FEMA. Candidates who have criminal or credit issues in your background will not be approved for this position.
