Pinarello US is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to help alongside our sales team with customer assistance and communications. This position will interface daily with dealers, consumers, and coworkers in the USA as an integral function of our business operations. The candidateneeds to be detail-oriented, timely, motivated, knowledgeable about bikes, and customer-centric.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage all inbound inquiries from customers and consumers through Pinarellos various systems:
Liaise between inside sales team, warehouse and warranty team for items to be passed and handled by these departments
Provide knowledgeable and insightful answers to highlight what makes the brand unique to encourage product sales
Periodically travel to attend events and represent the brand. This may include driving company vans with materials to such events
Periodically help in the warehouse with unloading and shipping of inbound containers of Pinarello product

Compensation: Base pay range is $38K - $46K
The position will be in person, based in the Charlotte, North Carolina. The position will report into the Head of Sales and Marketing.
