Customer Service Representative
Job Duties:
- Responsible for interfacing with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
- Determines status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing & resolves return credit problems
- Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature where ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required
- Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new assignments
Requirements:
- Strong critical thinking skills, Time Management, Collaboration and open communication in team environment, Conflict resolution, Work flexibility, Attention to detail, Strong technical skills
Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
$22/hr
