About the role:

Primary order entry person.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on order statuses, potential delays, and issue resolutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve pricing and order discrepancies, serving as the first escalation point for customer issues.
  • Utilize CRM tools to maintain comprehensive customer records and manage orders efficiently.

Candidate requirements:

  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information.
  • Associate's degree in business, marketing, or supply chain and/or 1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service within an industrial setting
  • Communicate effectively with customers, setting clear expectations and providing updates on order statuses, potential delays, and issue resolutions.
