Job Description: Deliver exceptional customer service by efficiently handling customer inquiries, orders, and warranty replacements through phone, fax, and electronic communication channels. Provide comprehensive support to Sales Representatives and Sales Managers, ensuring seamless operations. Maintain structured workflow processes to optimize productivity and uphold data accuracy

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and courteously.

• Respond promptly to faxed and electronic communications.

• Identify customer needs, research issues, and provide solutions or alternatives.

• Maintain an organized workspace and email records.

• Resolve product issues such as damage or defects.

• Address and resolve customer complaints.

• Build strong customer relationships by exceeding expectations.

• Contribute ideas to improve department procedures and workflow.

• Participate in trade shows, including the Dallas semi-annual event, to support customers and Sales Representatives.

• Foster a positive team environment.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Customer Service Supervisor

Job Requirements

• Must have 2 years minimum experience in a customer support role.

• Must type at least 40 WPM – will be tested!

• Must have strong phone, verbal, and written communication skills along with active listening.

• Must have basic computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.

• Must be able to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.

• Must know 10-key by touch.

• Must be self-motivated.

• Must have a professional appearance.

• Must be prompt and have good attendance.

• Must be detail oriented.
