Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative / Medical Billing Specialist at Phoenix Molecular in Boca Raton, FL. The Medical Billing Specialist will be responsible for tasks such as handling inputting laboratory sample data, denials, ICD-10 coding, insurance claims, and Medicare billing.

Qualifications

• Customer Service Representatives, Customer Support, and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Medical Terminology and ICD-10 coding
• Experience with Denials and Insurance claims processing
• Familiarity with Medicare billing practices
• Experience in the Healthcare industry, with an understanding of client services and laboratory operations
• Attention to detail and accuracy in billing processes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced lab environment
• Certification in Medical Billing and Coding is a plus
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
