Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance overall experience. Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks seamlessly. Utilize proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for effective data management.

Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable personality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organizational and multitasking abilities to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for data entry and tracking. Previous experience in customer service or inside sales is a plus. Equivalent professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree.
