• Schedule: Full-time hours Mon-Fri, between 8AM-5:30PM
• Pay Rate: $16/hr, paid weekly!

Collections CSR Job Description:

• Attend morning huddles to get assignments for the day.
• Call through collection queue (call people who own money and take payments, offer services, take loan applications, etc).
• Data entry of customers information for loan applications.
• Make outbound calls to call through solicitation queue.
• Other duties assigned by supervisor as needed.

Collections CSR Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver's License
• Great customer services skills
• Ability to quickly navigate around computer and online programs
• Previous collections experience
• Ability to catch on to new tasks and duties quickly
