• Taking ownership of customer requests (via emails, chat, phone, or in-person) including all related activities to support the customer.
• Building and maintaining collaborative relationships to work effectively with others on our team.
• Providing a quality customer experience by effectively and thoroughly educating customers regarding product/service features and benefits.
• Oversee the processing of customers' orders and ensure completeness of specifications, prices, location, and other relevant information are documented accurately and timely.
