Customer Service Opportunity in North PhoenixSubmit your CV and any additional required information after you have read this description by clicking on the application button.Look for individuals that have experience in wires and cables and or construction/plumbing companies!!!+ Manage customer orders timely and to the highest level of accuracy by: Reviewing customer purchase orders (PO); reviewing PO to Customer Material Information (CMI); and entering order into SAP.+ Respond to all customer inquiries with sense of urgency and first contact resolution.+ Run back/late order report and collaborate with customers to manage appropriate expectations and proactively resolve problems.+ Administer customer order changes, expedites, tracking and cancellations.+ Assist in updating customer and material information promptly in SAP.ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
