Required Experience:
1-2 years call center experience, or equivalent experience (office experience)
1-2 years experience with Windows based operating systems (Microsoft Office, Suite, etc.)
Requirements
Ability to work from home which includes high speed internet and a quiet place to work that is secure. (Hotspots are not allowed high internet speed is required)
Able to use video during interviews and training.
An ability to work during the hours of operation of Monday-Friday, must be flexible in regard to shifts worked, which may change based on business needs.
