Now hiring Customer Service Representatives in Battle Creek! Trillium Staffing has an opening for a highly motivated Customer Service Representative for our client in Battle Creek, Michigan. The responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative include, but are not limited to: •Develop and maintain selling relationships at key customers and target accounts. •Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner. •Work effectively in a team environment, communicating with Outside Sales and Management to keep account activities and information up to date •Be open-minded in learning and working with sales /production system •Respond to sales calls, faxes, and e-mails •Generate and follow up on quotes for all products •Provide technical assistance to customers •Process sales orders •Enter return orders, credits, and debits when required •Review product inventory and report concerns to purchasing/ management •Satisfy customer service issues •Continuously increase knowledge of company products, services, and procedures •Assist in quality related duties where required Hours: 8am to 5pm. Pay is $20+ per hour DOE.
