Provide outstanding customer service, answering any questions and guiding customers through the decision-making process. Help customers understand how our solutions can protect them from rising energy costs and contribute to a more sustainable future. Identify opportunities to convert customer inquiries into sales by providing relevant product and service information. Achieve and exceed sales goals through effective communication and customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities. Participate in team meetings, training, and development to stay informed about the latest products and sales strategies.
