Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused individual who possesses a deep understanding of product knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, proficient computer skills, and experience working with Microsoft Business Central.Responsibilities:As a Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:1. Providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.2. Utilizing your product knowledge to assist customers with product selection, demonstrating a deep understanding of our product line.3. Leveraging your attention to detail to ensure accurate order processing and record-keeping.4. Utilizing Microsoft Business Central for order processing, customer management, and data analysis.5. Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain up-to-date product knowledge.6. Resolving product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.7. Maintaining customer records by updating account information in Microsoft Business Central.8. Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.Qualifications:To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:1. A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.2. Strong product knowledge, preferably within our specific product line.3. Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.4. Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).5. Experience with Microsoft Business Central or a similar ERP system.6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.8. A customer-focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.9.
