We are currently seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative - Part Time for our Stevedoring and/or Cargo Handling operations. The purpose of this position is to accurately and efficiently maintain inventory and cargo operations.

Details:

* Scheduling:

* Monday - Friday, 9AM - 3PM

* Compensation and Benefits:

* $18-$20/hr. Based on experience

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

* Maintain Inventories

* Data Entry

* Excel data tracking

* Process paperwork to ensure timely loading of cargo

* Inventory reporting

* Customer Service

* Assisting customers/clients with inventory questions

* Coordinating shipments with customers

* Coordinating with railroads or third party logistics and trucking companies for order pickup.

* General Duties

* Coordinating with warehouse operations as needed

* Assisting team with time entry for payroll purposes

* Analyzing logistics operation for improvements

* Assisting with outbound shipments

Qualifications

Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Telephone Etiquette

* Computer Skills

* Excel, Office, Outlook, and web based inventory tracking programs

* Ability to read, write, speak, and communicate effectively in English

* Ability to obtain a TWIC card (for more information visit the TSA website on TWIC requirements)

* Valid US driver's license

Other Details:

* As a port employer our team is subject to working in all weather conditions including extreme heat and harsh winters. We work in all weather conditions.

* All employees must pass a background check, drug screening, and pre-employment physical and be able to obtain a valid TWIC card within a specified period of hire.
