Our Customer Service Representatives provide countless smiles across all Northeastern and Central Ohio. Our Customer Service Representative interacts with customers, associates, and suppliers. They provide information in response to inquires about products or services. They process in-house sales, handle and resolve customer complaints.Schedule: Monday - Friday 1pm - 5pm Be Part of our Team:

Typical Duties
  • Efficiently and promptly responds to customers inquires, complaints, and requests and records accurate detail of actions taken.
  • Answers telephones and professionally directs calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Obtains and evaluates all relevant information to handle inquires and complaints in a timely manner.
  • Develops and maintains professional relationships with internal and external customers while assisting in managing accounts.
  • Offers suggestions for increasing sales of Company products
  • Confers with delivery, warehouse, and sales personnel to expedite or trace missing or delayed deliveries, pricing errors, orders errors, ect.
  • Accurately processes in-house sales transactions.
QualificationsSkills and Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service / telephone experience
  • Efficient computer and telephone system operating skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Basic mathematical and superior organizational abilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to professionally handle complaints
  • Proficient in Microsoft office and Google Suite
