Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full time; contract 6 months
Schedule: Onsite; 10:30 am - 7 pm
Location: Irving, TX
Pay: 21.43 hr
**Job Summary**
The candidate will work as a Customer Service Representative for Stewart services in Irving, TX. They will handle customer inquiries about products and services through calls and emails while supporting sales teams in achieving their goals.
**Skill Requirements**
_Must-Have Requirements:_
+ **Communication skills** (both verbal and written) to interact effectively with clients and lenders.
+ **Active listening skills** to understand and address customer concerns properly.
+ **Patience** and **empathy** when dealing with stressful situations or confused customers.
+ Proficiency in using **call center software (e.g., CRM systems)** .
+ High accuracy in documenting customer interactions and processing information correctly to avoid errors.
_Preferred Requirements:_
+ A fundamental understanding of **mortgage terminology (e.g., interest rates, escrow, loan types, etc.)**
+ Familiarity with the mortgage lifecycle such as pre-approval, underwriting, and closing.
**Education Requirements:**
High school diploma required; bachelors preferred
**Pay Details:** $21.43 to $22.14 per hour
