The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries via phone and E-Mail and resolve issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers.Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer complaints by clarifying issues, determining the cause of problems, and offering the best solution.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Coordinate with other departments (sales, service, and parts) to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Identify and escalate issues to management as necessary for further investigation and resolution.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • A positive, customer-oriented attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience handling high call volumes in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
