POSITION SUMMARYAn employee in this job will have a responsibility to perform verbal, clerical and other related operational duties. The Operations C/S Representative will be responsible for all clerical aspects of the position and other tasks as assigned by management. new customer enrollment, service cancellations, schedule special order services, rely that information and related operations functions including, but not limited to collation of paperwork, assignment of special ordered services, data entry, organization of special ordered services and clerical assignments associated with departmental needs.JOB DUTIES
  • Answer phone calls
  • Set up new customers in system
  • Explain types of service available and rates to customers
  • Sell services
  • Open one-time service requests
  • Perform cancellation requests
    • Explain cancel process
    • Confirm last date of service
  • Troubleshoot customer issues
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Strong knowledge of English language; written and verbal.
  • Computer skills:
    • Knowledge of Windows Microsoft Word, Excel and Office
    • Ability to learn and master the software system used in the department
  • Understanding of customer service etiquette
  • Experience with a business phone system
  • Ability to post conversational notes on accounts
  • Ability to follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Ability to use diplomacy and discretion at all times
  • Ability to direct incoming calls to appropriate party when necessary.
  • Ability to perform mathematical calculations.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
