JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Service Rep is responsible for coordinating and processing customer orders and handling inquiries, complaints, and invoicing problems to meet the customer and company requirements. The Customer Service Rep presents an efficient and professional image of the Companyto our customer base.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide information to customers regarding products, pricing, inventory, delivery, and weight.

* Works well with others in a team environment where communicating in a clear and concise manner is a necessity.

* Support customer relationships by using outstanding service skills and proactive sales techniques.

* Accurate and timely processing of customer inquiries and orders, ensuring that the product and pricing match customer requirements.

* Utilizes effective problem-solving skills that will help the customer in a quick and timely manner.

* Handle customer complaints, credit, and invoicing problems.

* Issue credits and debits.

* Monitor work in process.

* Daily invoicing.

* Maintain pricing files.

* Provide the necessary inside support to the sales and marketing team.

* Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Completion of post-secondary Sales and Marketing courses is desirable.

* Minimum of 2 - 3 years Customer Service experience using a computerized order entry system.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

* Strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to adapt to changing work environments and workload.

* Strong computer skills including proficiency in MS Office (Word and Outlook) and advanced skills level using Excel - developing spreadsheets, using formulas, macros, etc.

* Fluent in English (verbal and written).

* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic, a high sense of urgency, and dedication to customer satisfaction

* Eager to learn new concepts

* Must be punctual and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Work setting: In-person, on-site
