DescriptionWe are currently looking to add a Customer Service Representative to our team in St. Cloud, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phones, entering orders, and responding to general customer inquiries, invoice questions and customer complaints.What can I expect in this role? In this position, is full-time Monday through Friday.Some key duties in this role include:
  • Answer the phones and direct calls accordingly. Respond to customer inquiries.
  • Receive and process orders received via phone, fax, website, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) or other type of electronic Purchase Order system.
  • Review product availability and orders in the company ERP system (NetSuite).
  • Set up customer accounts in NetSuite.
  • Research and follow up on customer inquiries and update customer records as needed.
  • Assist in documenting and handling of customer complaints.
  • Assist customers in navigating the website.
  • Prepare invoices for billing once product has shipped.
  • Maintain domestic and international distributor relations.
  • Interact with Customer Service Manager on a regular basis.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales to provide samples, promotional items and trade show shipments for events.
  • Work with Accounts Receivable to solve invoice inquiries.

  • Associates or bachelor's degree in sales, business management or related degree preferred.
  • Minimum one to three years of previous related Customer Service experience required.
  • The ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
