Join us!The role of a Customer Service Representative includes but is not limited to: checking dogs into/and out of the booking system for daycare, boarding, grooming, training and swimming. Take reservations over the phone and in person, handle paperwork and make sure that all customers and their pets meet our requirements for their stay. You must possess interpersonal skills necessary to approach, engage and fulfill customer's expectations. You must be comfortable with animals to make sure that they are as comfortable as possible, and you must be interested in meeting them and learning about their needs to ensure that we are able to take excellent care of them. You must be detail oriented and able to work in a busy environment, as well as effectively utilizing downtime to take care of all department needs. You will be giving tours to prospective clients and visitors through the facility. Responsible for cash management including accepting cash, check and credit card payments for services and for end-of-day cash drawer balance. Respond to customer complaints in a professional, courteous manner and act to satisfactorily resolve the problem; escalate to supervisor as needed. Escort pet guests to/from their enclosure and provide water as needed. Assists other associates as needed.
