In this role, you will assist customers by providing product information, answering inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional manner. While previous call center experience is not required, a background in retail, customer service, or any customer-facing role is a plus. We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills who enjoys helping others and can handle a variety of customer requests.Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming customer calls, emails, and chat inquiries in a timely and friendly manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, returns, and other service-related questions.
- Resolve customer concerns by providing accurate information, troubleshooting, and offering solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or to follow up on customer requests.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to better assist customers.
Qualifications:
- Prior customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role is welcome.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Excel and strong Data Entry Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Pay Range : $19/hr - $21/hr
