Customer Service Representative - Pridestaff : Job Details

Customer Service Representative Pridestaff has a client in the Ventura looking for a Customer Service Representative, ideally someone with experience in a HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing or Electric knowledge. Must have good computer skills and be capable of handling busy phones. This company offer great benefits and long term employment.Location: Ventura, CASchedule: Mon-Fri full time with occasional weekend shiftsThis is a Temp-to-Hire positionSalary: $22.00 - $25.00 (DOE)Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and respond to email and online requests for services
• Help customers with questions
• Help customers booking the right service
• Route, dispatch and debrief filed technicians
• Order parts as needed
• Manage paper work in the office

Requirements:

• Previous experience with customer service or dispatching is a big plus
• Previous experience in an HVAC, plumbing, roofing or electrical company is a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good multi-tasker
• Experience using a computer to plan, data entry, email
• Must be able to think on your feet and make decisions
• Must be able to work well under pressure
• Creative problem solver
