Job Description :

This role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of prosthetic devices and services. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Process and track customer orders, update customers on order status, including backorders, shipment details, and any delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in SAP
  • Collaborate with internal departments (sales, operations) to confirm product availability and timely fulfillment of orders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing questions, concerns, and requests via phone, email, or chat.
  • Handle customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer insights to help improve product offerings and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in communication, marketing, or related field required
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the medical devices, healthcare, or prosthetics industry.
  • Familiarity with prosthetics products and medical terminology is a plus.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive customer issues with empathy and professionalism.
  • Proficiency in SAP is a plus
