Customer Service Representative - Leavitt Group Enterprises : Job Details

The Leavitt Group's affiliate Spott Insurance in Wyomissing, PA is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their busy office. In this position you will be responsible for the following:

Duties:

* Answer phone calls

* Greet customers

* Take payments

* Address any billing questions

* Main contact for day to day customer needs

* Develop and maintain good working relationships with clients, companies and brokers

* Work with underwriters to amend coverage to meet client needs

* Report and monitor claims until closed

* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

Skills/Qualifications:

* Property and Casualty license preferred

* Ability to work Independently

* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and underwriters

* Highly effective communication and negotiation skills

* Takes initiative and displays a sense of urgency

* Detail oriented with strong organizational skills

* Ability to make recommendations specific to client needs

* Computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel

* Maintain a Team Environment while working remotely
