PacWest Credit is a locally owned and operated finance company that specializes in the auto lending industry. We work closely with local dealerships to provide financing options for consumers.Job DescriptionWe are looking for someone who is energetic, highly organized, detailed oriented, and able to multi-task in an extremely fast paced environment. Has the ability to switch from one task to another and prioritize effectively with a friendly, professional demeanor. Must enjoy working with others as a team within a professional office setting. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective customer service for all internal and external customers by using excellent, in-depth knowledge of company programs as well as communicating effectively with team members within the office. They will be responsible for being the primary contact for customers wanting to make payments on their accounts, verifying new contracts as well as assisting in collecting on delinquent accounts.Essential FunctionsProvides excellent and friendly customer service.Processes customer payments according to established department policies and procedures.Work closely with the collections department to collect delinquent accounts. Provides timely feedback to the manager regarding service failures or customer concerns.Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.Position Type and Expected Hours of WorkThis is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.Required Education and ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GEDOffice experience preferred but willing to train the right person.Must be able to pass drug test and background check.Benefits
