Customer Service Representative

Gorjanc Home Services is a local, family-owned business with over 60 years of experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Summary: To cheerfully answer the phone and assist customers with booking jobs, following up on jobs, selling products and/or services, and handling basic customer issues.

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.-$24.00/hr.- Depending on Experience

Daily Duties:

* Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.

* Deliver call scripts with an authentic cadence and tonality; be clear, compelling, and personable.

* Respond to customer requests, resolve issues, and promote Gorjanc.

* Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.

* Participate in training to boost booked calls and practice outbound calling.

* Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.

* Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information.

Skill Requirements:

* Develop a proven track record in customer service.

* Microsoft and Apple competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.

* Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.

* Strong verbal and written communications.

* Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy.
