Job Title: Customer Support Representative
Location: Knoxville, TN
Job Description: We are excited to announce a job opportunity for the role of Customer Support Representative in Knoxville, TN. You will be working at our office in Knoxville for one of our top clients in the travel industry.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with various travel needs such as hotel reservations, flight bookings, car rentals, and more.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required as full training will be provided.
Schedule:
- This is a 100% in-office position.
- Work 5 days a week from 8 AM to 8 PM.
- 9-hour shifts including a 1-hour break.
- Schedule includes one day over the weekend (either Saturday or Sunday) and the remaining 4 days during the week (Monday through Friday).
- Shifts are rotational between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Compensation:
- Pay rate is $16/hour (W2).
- Training starts on December 6th.
