Description
This position is primarily responsible for processing orders, handling customer service calls, and responding to chats and emails for Do it Best, Channellock Products, and the hundred of
member websites within the Do it Best Ecommerce Program. This fast paced job requires proficient computer keyboard skills, listening and note taking skills, and professionalism in
communication - both speaking and typing.
Responsibilities
* Provide customer service assistance to people via phone, email, and chat services
* Communicate with warehouse staff to coordinate shipments
* Contact customers as needed to verify online order information
* Coordinate processing of returns
* File and maintain work logs
* Documentation of interaction with member stores
* Additional duties as requested by management

Minimum

Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum
* High School Diploma
* Previous customer service or Customer Relationship Management experience is a plus
