**Customer Service Representative**
Adecco is hiring immediately for Experienced Customer Service Representatives to join a leading Supply Chain Company in Tacoma, WA. As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will play a critical role in delivering top-tier service by professionally addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication, and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Provide exceptional customer support while representing the company professionally and courteously.
+ Efficiently manage multiple phone lines to address customer inquiries.
+ Resolve customer issues, providing solutions in a timely and effective manner.
**Requirements:**
+ High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
+ Proficiency in computer systems and strong typing skills.
+ Ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain excellent customer service.
+ Previous experience in an office or customer service environment is preferred.
+ Ability to handle multiple phone lines and multitask efficiently.
**Schedule:**
10:00 am to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday
**Pay Details:**
$21.00 to $21.00 per hour

**Pay Details:** $21.00 per hour
