Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Client Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of call types, including online banking and credit card inquiries, and provide exceptional client service. This role requires a long-term career mindset, strong troubleshooting and multitasking abilities, and the ability to think outside the box.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Provide exceptional client service by researching and resolving problems and errors.
+ Support clients and branches with online and mobile banking, as well as other loan-related transactions.
+ Contribute to the achievement of department service quality goals.
+ Proactively assess clients' service needs, resolve inquiries, provide account information, and perform various transactions on behalf of clients.
+ Expand existing client relationships by cross-selling products and services or referring clients to appropriate sales staff.
+ Utilize computerized systems to gather information, troubleshoot, and track calls.
+ Comply with policies, procedures, security requirements, and government regulations.

+ Ability to handle various call types (online banking, credit cards, etc.).

+ Strong troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
+ Common sense and the ability to think outside the box (not following scripts).
+ Proficiency with technology (using three screens and multiple systems).

+ Stability in previous roles, with no short tenure unless under special circumstances.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

+ Knowledge of federal and state laws and regulations related to deposit accounts and operations.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and the ability to manage multiple computer applications simultaneously.
