Responsibilities
* Provide customer service and technical support to both our dealer and retail
base via phone, email, written correspondence, and fax
* Provide a variety of supporting roles for the Customer Service department
* Participate in cross-training of tasks within the department
* Process dealer's parts orders and Warranty Claims
* Answer questions regarding claims via phone/email.
* Record retention and reporting.
* Scanning documents.
* Miscellaneous office duties.
* Learn product line from frame to final.
Qualifications
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Intermediate computer skills, familiar with Microsoft Office programs
* Prefer a certain familiarity or general knowledge of RV, Bus or Commercial Vehicle parts, or an understanding of electrical/technical systems
* Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A desire to provide extraordinary customer service to the dealer/customer network
* Able to work within a group and transition between responsibilities given
