When you come to work you'll:

* Greet and check in all members

* Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner

* Handle correspondence

* Set up new memberships, sell retail products

* Sell personal training packages

* Keep the reception area clean and well-organized

* Conduct guest tours

* Perform outreach

* Assist with club's daily maintenance

* Other tasks as assigned by management

There are some MUST HAVES:

* Current CPR Certification is required

* Excellent customer service skills

* Effective communication

* Basic accounting principles, cash processing and computer skills
